The location was a definite highlight as it was only a short stroll to Hyde Park and easy access to the tube, making it convenient for exploring London. The bed was highly comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay despite a few minor issues like water pressure in the shower. There was a bit of wear and tear in the room, but overall, it provided a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

Excellent accessibility efforts, in-room mobile phone availability, variety of nearby dining options
The corridors smell odd, and the furniture looks outdated!!! The noise from the kitchen staff early in the morning is unbearable. Fix the broken bathroom fixtures and consider cleaning the carpets thoroughly.

I recently stayed in a well-decorated and clean room with central heating and fluffy towels. The breakfast was decent, and I loved having a window that opened for fresh air. Despite some noise from the surroundings, I’d stay again for the comfort and location.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring London, just a short stroll to Bayswater. We dined at a nearby restaurant serving mouth-watering meals, and we even enjoyed some bowling and ice skating at the in-house facilities. Traveling with a young baby was made easier with the welcoming atmosphere.
My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for them. It would have been great for families traveling with older children.

We had a cozy room but it was on the small side. The bed was comfy enough, and I liked the shower pressure. Housekeeping kept everything clean, which was a relief. The USB outlets were a nice touch, too. On the downside, the view wasn't great. just a wall outside the window. Overall, it was decent for a short stay.

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the comfy triple room and the amazing views from the terrace. The kids loved playing in the game room and watching movies in the cozy lounge area. The only hiccup was a small delay in the morning breakfast service, but it didn’t take away from the overall fun experience. 😊
