The corridors smell odd, and the furniture looks outdated!!! The noise from the kitchen staff early in the morning is unbearable. Fix the broken bathroom fixtures and consider cleaning the carpets thoroughly.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring London, just a short stroll to Bayswater.
